Witek Hruzewicz
Witek has more than 30 years of experience spanning investment banking and biotechnology, and has launched six companies as a non-executive founder.
He began his career in the San Francisco Bay Area at Celera Corporation and Theravance Biopharma.
He holds an MBA from Columbia University and IESE Business School, and was a PhD candidate in Bioorganic Chemistry at University of California, Berkeley.

Chris Davis, PhD
Chris has over 30 years of experience in biotechnology and food innovation. He led R&D at Impossible Foods, developing the plant-based heme.
Prior to working for Impossible Foods, he received his PhD in organic chemistry from Oxford and worked for multiple years at startup company Codexis, where he developed ways to use biology to create more sustainable alternatives to traditionally toxic chemistries.

Jason Lewis, PhD
Jason has over 30 years of biotechnology experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a focus on medicinal chemistry and drug development.
He most recently led chemistry efforts across immunology therapeutics at Lycia Therapeutics. Prior to this, he held roles at Ardelyx and Gilead Sciences.
Jason holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from University of California, Berkeley and a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Stanford University.

Lennard has over 25 years of B2B leadership experience across business development, sales and marketing, and engineering, spanning global multinationals, and start-ups in sectors including medical devices, healthcare, energy services, and regtech.
Lennard holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
Artur Magolewski
Artur has over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles across the FMCG sector, with a strong track record in finance, strategy, and business transformation.
Artur spent over 14 years at Unilever, holding multiple senior roles.
During this time, he was responsible for regional strategy, M&A, finance leadership, and large-scale transformation of information and business systems.

Agnieszka Zagraba
Aga has over 25 years of experience in beverage production, quality management, and process technology.
She served as Production Manager at Stock Vodka. Prior to this, she spent nearly a decade at Heineken, where she was responsible for integrating brewing, quality, and technology functions, developing new beer formulations, and implementing in-line quality systems to strengthen operator ownership and process control.
Aga holds an M.Eng. in Food Technology from the University of Life Sciences in Lublin.

Doane Chilcoat, PhD
Doane led the R&D group at DuPont/Corteva, overseeing a team of 450 specializing in molecular biology, including genetic engineering, genomics, high-throughput genotyping, and synthetic biology.
He also held leadership roles at Cobax Biopharma and Replidyne, and eight years at McKinsey & Company as a leader in the pharmaceutical practice.
He holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics and Cell Biology from from University of Chicago, and a BA in Biology from Grinnell College.

Paul has over 25 years of experiece in drug discovery and medicinal chemistry.
He serves as Director of the Centre for Medicines Discovery at the University of Oxford.
Prior to his academic leadership roles, Paul was a Senior Principal Scientist at Pfizer and a Senior Scientist at Amgen, focusing on small molecule drug discovery.
He completed postdoctoral research at University of Cambridge and holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from University of California, Berkeley.
